Leadership Is a Verb is an immersive, highly interactive student leadership experience designed to move students beyond titles, positions, and passive participation. Students strengthen communication, confidence, self-awareness, collaboration, decision-making, and personal ownership. They are challenged to stop simply talking about leadership and begin demonstrating it through how they show up, work with others, respond to challenges, and create impact.

This is not leadership development students leave behind when the workshop ends. It is designed to give them tools and experiences they can immediately apply in their organization, school, community, and everyday life.
